Future of Education Technology conference will be held in Orlando, FLA- see us at booth #2043!

Blocksi is attending the annual FETC for the third time in a row, and we’re very excited to showcase our range of solutions to school districts of any size! Find us at booth #2043 from 27th to 30th January at the Orange county convention center in Orlando, FLA.

We will be offering useful information on how to manage a classroom full of Chromebooks, and how Admins, Teachers, Principals, and Parents can play an active role in their student’s learning process — by eliminating the number of harmful or inappropriate websites the student visits, limiting day-to-day screen-time and focusing on activities that relate to subjects your child should be learning about.

The Teacher can monitor each Chromebook during class from their dashboard and take action like close or enforce tabs, message students directly, do assessments and much more. Filtering policies that run throughout the school district are set up by Admins who also manage student account, while principals and superintendents track progress through insightful Analytics. When the device is home, parents can decide which filters take effect through their Parent dashboard. These are just a handful of features we’ll be talking about at booth #2043, so come down, have a chat, and launch your classroom into the 21st century!

The FETC has been around for nearly 40 years and has gathered the most dynamic and creative education professionals from around the world for an intensive, highly collaborative exploration of new technologies, best practices, and pressing issues. Its impact has been felt by thousands of districts, schools, educators — and ultimately students. Each year is tailored to the needs of an increasingly technology-driven education community — and 2019 will be no exception.

Your colleagues at FETC may come with different experiences and expertise, but they share your challenges and goals. School and district administrators, classroom teachers, IT professionals, special education directors, curriculum and media specialists, and other educators with roles or interest in ed tech, attend FETC year after year to find the professional learning, technology solutions and connections they need to transform learning in and out of the classroom.
