NYSCATE is an organization of dedicated technology using educators, committed to transforming teaching and learning, to provide our children with an education that prepares them to live satisfying and productive lives. It’s an opportunity to connect and interact with mentors and colleagues abound through NYSCATE Workshops, certifications, conferences, summits and special events.

At this edtech event, we’ll be presenting our flagship product Blocksi Manager Education everywhere and its internet filtering features. The classroom management solution suits right into the 1:1 Chromebook rollout initiative and puts administrators, teachers, parents and school delegates in control.

Blocksi will also present new additions to the Blocksi Manager suite: Trends and Anti-theft. The former allows teachers and parents to detect suspicious behaviour like cyberbullying, violence and adult content within the student’s Gmail, GDocs, GDrive & Youtube apps and alerts the teacher or guardian about inappropriate content that the student is dealing with. Anti-theft lets you track the exact location of a Chromebooks and can lock the device if the Chromebook gets lost or stolen.

Swing by our booth this weekend from 18th to 21st November and we’ll bring the ease of Content filtering to your district. Chat with our colleagues, get a free shirt and get advice on how to transform your school into a digital-citizen-safe environment.
